Your profile
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have completed at least 9 years of school
  • You enjoy supporting elderly people in their daily routines
  • Your good German skills and open personality will help you in this role
  • You are aware that nursing can be physically and mentally challenging
  • Your personality will help you overcome these challenges
What to expect
  • You will start your 1-year training with approximately 40 other trainees
  • You will gain theoretical knowledge at a nursing school (block lessons), and we will assist you in finding a suitable school
  • You will gain practical experience at one of our outpatient or inpatient care facilities, as well as during an internship at a hospital
  • You will become a certified nursing assistant and have the opportunity to continue your training as a registered nurse with us
We offer
  • An attractive training salary based on the BAT-KF (as of 2024)
  • Training salary: 1,272 € gross/ month
