  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team
  • Sales of process equipment from technical consulting, through quotation creation to follow-up after delivery
  • Developing and implementing product and/or country-specific sales strategies or sales goals after consultation with sales management or management
  • Monitoring customer sales and deriving measures
  • Leading the field sales team based on KPIs and supporting them during visits and consultations with customers on site and in-house

  • You have completed a degree in business administration, process engineering or materials science or have a comparable education
  • Alternatively, you have relevant professional experience in sales with technical affinity
  • You have strong communication skills, negotiation skills and are proficient in German and English
