The Zuse Institute Berlin (ZIB) is an interdisciplinary research institute for applied mathematics and data-intensive high-performance computing (HPC). The research focuses on modeling, simulation, and optimization in collaboration with scientific partners from academia and industry. The main focus is on providing research infrastructures for virtualization, HPC, storage, web services, data networks, and more.
