"Inclusive, communicative, transparent, and appreciative - that is klaarnoord gGmbH." klaarnoord is a non-profit GmbH within the Evangelische Stiftung Alsterdorf network. We provide and organize person-centered and inclusive participation services for clients with mental illnesses, disabilities, and addiction in the Stormarn district near Hamburg and at other locations in Schleswig-Holstein.

Work environment
In the inclusive residential project "Arche Noah" in Halstenbek, we support 24 clients with different support needs.
In addition to daily support, we also advise and assist our clients in achieving individual goals, such as finding employment in workshops for people with disabilities or making new contacts.
In Quickborn, you can expect to work in a new outpatient program.The "Klingenberg" team will support 9 people with disabilities in all practical everyday tasks and in developing a daily structure.
The people live in their own apartments or shared living arrangements and are part of a supportive team of colleagues.
