MONDAY.ROCKS is a scale-up based in Düsseldorf, Germany, offering its customers the leading all-in-one leadership solution for successful team management.

Together with our team of around 30 colleagues, we have developed our software (SaaS) over the past five years, which is now successfully used by over 100 customers (such as SAP, Schüco, Volksbanken, and Sparkassen).

In order to continue our dynamic growth, we are strengthening our sales team, which currently consists of two seniors and three juniors.

Your tasks:

Without you, it won't work - your tasks revolve around communication, coordination, and organization:

  • You coordinate appointments and customer visits to strengthen our customer relationships.
  • You create offers, contracts, and other sales documents that convince our customers.
  • You maintain sales information so that we always have an overview.
  • You are a problem solver and work closely with all areas of the company.
  • You take on general administrative tasks and support our sales team so that you can achieve the highest success together.
  • You build positive customer relationships and engage in telephone communication with decisionmakers.
  • You are articulate and can also convince through professional letters.
  • You have a professional appearance in video calls.
