Caregiver for night and late shifts in our Special Residential Facility (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Putting people first: You accompany the residents with chronic mental illnesses during night and late shifts, according to their individual needs
  • You are a companion: You support the residents according to their needs and are the contact person for all events during the night and late shifts
  • You think holistically: You keep an eye on the needs of the residents from the day shift during the night shift
  • You work together: In order to provide good care, you implement the tasks of quality management and document them

Your profile

  • You have the know-how: You have a degree in the health and social sector equivalent to a specialist in psychiatry
