How you contribute to our joint success:
Independently develop algorithms for a deep learning-based closed-loop stimulation of medical implants in direct collaboration with the engineering team
Design a platform for collecting medical data (including interfaces) within product development
Create biomarkers as indicators for seizure probabilities based on evaluated EEG data
Generate new knowledge through the analysis of clinical test and production data in multidimensional correlation analyses and present the results
With your support in requirements management for software components, in the planning and construction of the new test laboratory, you make future breakthroughs possible

What you bring with you:

Successfully completed studies and doctorate in software engineering, automation, data sciences, physics, mathematics or a comparable field
You have many years of experience in programming, especially for product development, e.g. with Python and in transferring algorithms to cloudbased systems
You are familiar with statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) for data processing and gaining insights from large datasets
Ideally, you have experience in medical technology or another regulated industry sector
You are proficient in handling large and dynamic code bases, have knowledge of continuous integration methods, and various machine learning techniques (clustering, AI networks, etc.) and their advantages and disadvantages
Good German and English skills are required
