Bremen | limited for 2 years Responsibilities Creation of shipping documents for export Correspondence with contacts on the freight forwarder and customer side Checking of Bills of Lading (B/Ls) for correctness Creation of commercial invoices and booking of goods movements via SAP ERP Partial document creation with MS Word System-supported creation of courier shipments Requirements Completed training as a merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade / freight forwarder (m/f/d) Experience in creating shipping documents for export German and English language skills User knowledge in SAP ERP (Sales & Distribution module) advantageous Secure handling of the Microsoft Office package desirable Ideally experience in the letter of credit and collection area Team player and a cooperative and solution-oriented way of working Independence in handling tasks Interest in export and international sales processing Cross-location collaboration with colleagues from all over the world Our plus In the ALTANA Group, you work in a unique culture of innovation, where the promotion of individual ideas and abilities as well as open, trusting cooperation are highly valued.
