In our damage management department at the locations of Munich and Regensburg, we are looking for a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) who values appreciation, security, and growth.

For over 200 years, Versicherungskammer Bayern has stood for these values.

During your 2.5 years as an apprentice and student, you will learn how to turn damage into joy for all parties involved, how to streamline processes digitally, and how you play an important role in this.

As an apprentice for insurance and financial investments, you will learn about business connections and accompany digital development and change processes in damage management with professionals.

At the same time, you will study "Management and Digitalization" for 7 semesters at FOM Munich, either live in the lecture hall or digitally on your screen.

In the end, you will have two degrees, one of which is the internationally recognized Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).

Thanks to further education opportunities, all paths will be open to you after your apprenticeship and studies, up to a leadership position.
