Lybrook is looking for a full-time Mitarbeiter IT Support Service Operations (m/w/d) to join our team at our location in Haren.

With 1,400 employees and 24 locations worldwide, we specialize in mobile space solutions using container construction.

As a Mitarbeiter IT Support Service Operations (m/w/d), you will be responsible for classifying and forwarding first level support inquiries, maintaining hardware, providing onsite support, managing mobile phone contracts and devices, and assisting with inventory and hardware database maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a completed apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) or similar qualifications, previous experience in customer service/helpdesk/support, basic IT knowledge, and proficiency in MS Dynamics or other ERP systems.
