Job Description:
Varied and responsible tasks
  • You will review quality metrics of our delivery routes and derive measures to increase delivery quality
  • You will check and optimize the utilization and delivery performance of our vehicles and conduct entry and exit controls
  • As a member of our logistics dispatch team, you will plan and record pickups
  • You will be the contact person for transport companies and service drivers and provide proactive advice
  • You will determine tour plans with transport companies
  • You will handle complaints and customer grievances Strengths: Professional and personal
  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or similar, ideally with first industry experience as a tour supervisor
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as customer orientation
  • IT affinity with a willingness to familiarize oneself with new IT systems.
