What you will be doing with us:

  • Supervising the technical subcontractors in cooperation/communication with the responsible employees from the construction site team
  • Participating in work preparation as well as in the tendering and awarding of subcontractor services
  • On-site construction management for the technical trades of turnkey construction
  • Reviewing factory and installation plans
  • Conducting process and schedule control for individual construction processes
  • Conducting cost control using company control systems
  • Final settlements with the client, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Productive and collaborative management of cooperation with subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines

What convinces us:

  • Completed degree in energy and building technology (TGA and/or electrical) or equivalent qualification (master or technician) in technical systems engineering with corresponding knowledge
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in operational construction management in the field of technical building equipment in turnkey construction
  • Very good technical understanding
  • Proficient use of MS Office products
  • Negotiation skills, communication skills, and assertiveness, as well as a strong ability to work in a team
