- Partner with key stakeholders across the financial services industry, including business leaders, product managers, and product owners.
- Leverage your Business Analysis expertise to gather requirements, analyze data, and define product vision, roadmap, and user stories, adhering to all relevant financial regulations.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, and customer impact, and defining an MVP approach to ensure efficient development and validation of core functionalities.
- Work closely with the product management team to ensure alignment
- Work closely with the development team to ensure clear communication of user stories, acceptance criteria, and product vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, engineering) to ensure a seamless product launch and ongoing success.
- Monitor product performance through data analysis and user feedback, driving continuous improvement through iterative development cycles.
- Create Documentation for the integration
- Be a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems independently, and drives results.
- Champion an agile mindset, embracing change and adapting to evolving market needs.
- Must have experience in integrating financial products with third-party systems, particularly Open Anywhere and Jack Henry solutions.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product management or a related field, with a proven track record of success in the financial services industry.
- Must have SAFe experience.
- Working experience with Financial products
- Digital Banking experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in a product development lifecycle.
- In-depth Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, data analysis, and user experience (UX) design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders across different levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
