- Bachelors/University degree.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in digital banking & finance in the capacity as a product owner or project manager
- Experience coordinating end to end product development lifecycle activities for cross functional projects.
- Ability to manage concurrent, time-sensitive regulatory projects.
- Experience with project controls and governance.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience preparing effective PowerPoint presentation decks.
- Excellent attention to details and highly organized.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong analytical mind to build knowledge and experience independently.
- Practitioner of agile concepts and behavior.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Coordinate end to end product development lifecycle activities for cross functional projects, with keen ability to manage concurrent, time-sensitive regulatory projects.
- Collaborate with internal project team to drive measurable progress of the projects and ensure that they are aligned with the products critical success criteria and KPIs.
- Collaborate with business counterparts to effectively support their project tracking goals.
- Create clear and specific project outlines, taking ownership to liaise with key project team members to incorporate latest updates.
- Focus on controls and governance. Assumes a persistent risk mindset to recognize, discern, and escalate risks and issues, demonstrating particular consideration for safeguarding firms reputation and assets.
- Align to characteristics that are conducive to both personal growth and project maturity.

- Follows industry standards on product management, its lifecycle and applies these principles to product and strategy.
