We are expanding our fleet and looking for new team members to join us in Inman, NE.

As our customer base grows, we need your help to strengthen our Customer Care Team in a full-time role as a Customer Care Agent (f/m/x/d) who is fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for all our customers
You will assist customers with any issues related to ongoing rentals, our vehicles, app functions, and payment options
You will quickly identify and communicate important information to our shift supervisors for inquiries such as app or vehicle malfunctions
You will support us in communicating with external partners, such as authorities, collection agencies, and insurance companies

Requirements:

You are a natural problem solver and enjoy helping customers
You have excellent communication skills and are highly personable
Familiarity with customer support software is a plus
You are fluent in Dutch and English, with working proficiency in verbal and written communication; knowledge of German and French is a bonus
You have a positive attitude, strong team spirit, and enjoy working in a fun and dynamic environment

Benefits:

You will receive a gross monthly salary of €2,370.00, with additional performance-based bonuses and extra pay for working on Sundays, nights, and holidays.

Our shift schedule is determined 4 weeks in advance, providing you with clear and predictable working hours.
