We are currently seeking a Recruiter (m/f/d) for our client in Bad Kreuznach through direct placement.

Your responsibilities include personnel acquisition:

Posting job advertisements, selecting applicants, conducting interviews and handling hiring processes, collaborating with the employment agency and training providers, active sourcing: directly approaching potential candidates through various online platforms and expanding the applicant network, and representing the employer at events and job fairs.

A completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field or a comparable qualification is required for this position. In addition, you should have experience in recruiting, be proficient in MS Office, and have a professional demeanor.
