You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of event organizers and will be the central point of contact for their events.
Your tasks include not only setting up and maintaining events in our innovative ticketing systems, but also providing comprehensive advice to organizers on all ticketingrelated matters.
You are responsible for the central control of presales and work closely with other departments.
In addition, your responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of our presale locations during the sales period.

What you bring to the table:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification and have professional experience.
You have a strong understanding of numbers and are proficient in using the MS Office package.
You are highly organized and have a strong work ethic, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills.
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
