For our central reception area in the heart of downtown Hamburg, we are looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) to join our team for 30 hours per week as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Greeting, registering, and assisting visitors, business partners, and guests
- Operating the telephone system
- Handling incoming and outgoing courier and mail services
- Managing room reservations and overseeing conference rooms
- Monitoring the entrance, including the company's vehicle gate
- Maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles
- Performing general administrative tasks
Your qualifications:
- You have completed a successful commercial apprenticeship and have relevant experience, for example in the hotel or tourism industry
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Professional demeanor and wellgroomed appearance
- Customer service and serviceoriented, with the ability to work independently
- Reliability and a strong sense of security
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to handle stress
