On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a Shipping / Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d) in the Austinburg area for a permanent full-time position.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Independent processing of shipping orders and customs procedures
Preparation of Intrastat reports and proof of delivery documents
Management, creation, and verification of shipping documentation
Ensuring and monitoring compliance with deadlines
If necessary, proper packaging of shipments
Coordination and collaboration with internal interfaces

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as a freight forwarder (m/f/d), commercial clerk (m/f/d) for wholesale and foreign trade, industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in logistics / customs and freight forwarding / import and export processing, as well as knowledge of international customs law
Proficient in common MS Office and ERP programs
