Your tasks:

  • You will be involved in exciting projects in municipal civil and road construction throughout all phases of the HOAI
  • You will create and check design and execution plans in CAD
  • You will participate in tenders and awards
  • You will manage the construction process with all parties involved in terms of deadlines, economics, and quality
  • You will review invoices from construction companies
  • You will create on-site measurements with construction companies
  • You will take care of maintaining our databases

Your profile:

  • You have a degree as a state-certified construction draftsman, construction technician, or equivalent
  • You have expertise in creating and editing construction drawings for civil engineering projects and road construction measures
  • You have computer skills, especially in ACAD & SofiCAD, databases, and Microsoft Office
  • You are familiar with VOB, HOAI, and relevant laws and standards
  • You have knowledge in the field of terrain modeling and handling survey data
  • You work reliably and independently
