At our headquarters in Coesfeld, we offer two apprenticeships as Machine and Plant Operators (m/f/d) for flooring production, which operates in three shifts per day.

Our machines for producing laminate, vinyl, and parquet run mostly around the clock. A Machine and Plant Operator is responsible for the smooth operation of the production process.

Initially, you will learn all the skills for metal processing in maintenance, similar to the training of an industrial mechanic.

This is followed by working in production, where you will learn the proper operation of our machines, such as the short-cycle press for coating laminate floors.

In the first step, the machines are prepared according to the order situation. Digital communication is used to specify the products to be produced and their quantity.
