We are looking for a

Head of Special and Occupational Therapy (m/f/d)

limited to 1 year as a temporary replacement

in full-time or part-time (at least 75%) in Lohr a. M.

The tasks

  • Organization of work structures and processes in the department
  • Participation in conceptual and content development
  • Organization and assurance of therapeutic services
  • Planning of personnel deployment, including vacation and substitution arrangements
  • Conducting own therapeutic services as agreed upon

The profile

  • You have completed training in occupational therapy, art therapy, music therapy or have a comparable degree with several years of professional experience
  • You have leadership skills as well as entrepreneurial and innovative thinking
  • You have a high level of personal, social and communicative competence
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility, empathy and good self-organization
  • You enjoy developing concepts and implementing them in practice
