Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Room Service Server to join our team.

As a Room Service Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in their rooms.

Your attention to detail and ability to provide personalized service will contribute to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.


Responsibilities:


  • Take food and beverage orders from guests in their rooms
  • Ensure accurate order taking and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen
  • Deliver orders promptly and professionally, ensuring proper presentation and temperature
  • Set up and maintain the room service station, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or inquiries
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of orders and payments
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of room service

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
  • Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques
  • Excellent hospitality and guest relations skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

  • Food safety knowledge to ensure proper handling and storage of food items
  • Exceptional customer service skills to provide a personalized dining experience for guests
  • Proficient in food handling techniques to maintain quality and safety standards
  • Basic culinary skills for meal preparation, plating, and garnishing dishes

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
