From behind the scenes of the restaurant are wonder team of talented people taking orders and servicing our to-go orders (delivery and pick-up).

We aim to provide a memorable experience just as when you dine in.

You will answer phones and carefully take orders of pick-up, curbside, and delivery orders, double checking all meals for accuracy.

You will quickly become an expert on our delicious and expansive menu.

  • Ability to create a friendly and inviting guest experience over the phone. Let your smile be pictured over the phone.
  • Attention to detail; make sure every togo order is accurate.
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, followthrough, courtesy, cooperation, and work with a minimum of supervision.
  • Assist customers by recommending and suggesting menu items.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration, and think clearly while providing service to many guests at any given time.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist.
  • Follow safety rules and keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Follow SOP regarding customer service and phone procedures. Specifically follow phone scripts regarding sales techniques and routine customer calls.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Seeking

  • Two years' experience in customer service, preferably food and beverage.
  • Punctuality; regular and reliable attendance.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with coworkers and the public.
  • Ability to comfortably learn and communicate all menu items. Polished telephone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to prioritize in accordance with company standards.
  • Team player: you are always willing to give and ask for help.
