Job Description

As Assistant Department Manager for Fruits & Vegetables (m/f/d), you ensure the smooth running of all processes within the department.

With your support and representation, you have the back of the department manager.

Representation: You support and represent the department manager in leading the department, personnel planning, and ensuring customer care.
Customer Service: You impress our customers in the gastronomy industry with competent advice and courteous service regarding the product range of fruits & vegetables.
Product Availability: You support your colleagues in ensuring the flow of goods and implementing product presentation.
Quality Assurance: Our customers can rely on the availability of fresh and highquality products, as you ensure compliance with legal and internal quality assurance requirements (e.g. HACCP).

Qualifications

Education: You have completed training in trade or gastronomy (e.g. wholesale merchant (m/f/d), retail merchant (m/f/d), cook (m/f/d), restaurant specialist (m/f/d)).
Leadership Experience: Through your experience in a similar position, you know how to lead and motivate a team.
