About us:


We are the central point of contact for our client, responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operation of rental buildings in an industrial environment.

Our main tasks include optimizing operational processes, providing technical leadership and scheduling for our on-site team, and coordinating with external service providers and subcontractors.

We also fulfill all legal operator obligations and ensure the agreed upon service quality and delivery. Additionally, we create annual maintenance plans and conduct quality control. We also document any structural changes and upgrades to technical facilities.
