We are currently seeking a technically and personally convincing individual for the position of Technical Director at our location in Halle (Westf.) in a permanent position.

Your main responsibilities

You will be the right hand of the Technical Director and work closely with them. In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for all interfaces, ensuring smooth and professional processes. Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting your boss in all organizational and administrative tasks.
  • As an organizational talent, you will be responsible for calendar and travel management, including planning, booking, and reimbursement of business trips.
  • Preparing and documenting meetings carefully.
  • Accurately processing and analyzing monthly performance data for engineers and planners.
  • Preparing technical content for presentations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Communicating with internal contacts, business partners, authorities, and external service providers in German and English.
