Super Tasks:

  • You are responsible for managing existing customers and acquiring new customers in the Allgäu region. You see yourself as a networker who drives the development of partnerships
  • You work closely with the implementation of the sales strategy and have a close eye on the market. You identify and tap into potentials and actively develop the sales area
  • You think in holistic solutions and see consulting as an integral part of your sales work
  • You develop concepts for customer approach, advise customers on site, create and present customized offers, close contracts and ensure continuous customer penetration (B2B)
  • You acquire comprehensive knowledge of services and customers in the housing industry/energy services

Super Requirements:

  • You are a salesperson by passion and pursue your goals with dedication and motivation
  • You have a serviceoriented mindset and good communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the Allgäu region we provide you with a company car, also for private use
  • Several years of professional experience and proven success in sales, alternatively: the will and determination to actively work in sales and prove your sales skills
  • Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship or comparable qualification
