Your tasks as a Travel Advisor include:

  • Competent support for customers with all questions related to travel via phone and email
  • Adjustment of existing bookings (e.g. due to customer requests, changes, and reservation of special services)
  • Independent response and processing of customer inquiries
  • Correspondence with tour operators and monitoring of booking processes

What you bring as a Travel Advisor:

  • Completed training in a service-oriented or commercial profession
  • Experience in telephone customer service
  • Confident handling of common PC and internet applications
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Service orientation, sociability, and teamwork skills
  • Working in shifts is not a problem for you
