**Your Responsibilities

Your ResponsibilitiesYour Responsibilities***- Submitting shipments through portals or email to freight forwarders, including preliminary determination of transit times and weight to be loaded

Handling general shipping topics such as packaging materials and loading aids, creating picking lists for preparation of packaging and shipment creation
Checking for empty containers and loading aids on delivery notes
Adhering to shipping regulations of customers
Creating delivery notes and printing VDMA cards
Scanning delivery notes and waybills into archive system
Creating express shipments and printing labels
Conducting ATLAS registrations and goods receipt bookings (as needed)

**Your Profile

Your ProfileYour Profile***- Completed commercial training, e.g. as a freight forwarder

Experience in logistics
Good SAP knowledge (SD)
Very good organizational and planning skills
Willingness to work and ability to work independently and reliably
High level of service orientation and customer focus
Good English skills
