Your new team:


  • You lead a small team of two employees and one student. Together, you always keep an eye on the KPIs of telephone sales and services, as well as marketing. With your reporting and forecasts, you actively support the department's customer life cycle specialists and managers in steering the different areas.

What awaits you:


  • Participation in strategic planning processes (medium and long term), forecasts and analyses for the department management and executive board
  • Disciplinary and professional leadership of two employees
  • Participation in the digitalization of internal controlling processes and the development of innovative controlling approaches
  • Planning and management of internal and external resources
  • You play a key role in the further development of our reporting landscape and help improve auxmoney's operational performance together with the specialist departments
  • Interpretation of key figures with regard to optimization potential and risks
  • Taking on a business consulting role for the specialist departments

What you bring with you:


  • Completed degree in business administration, mathematics, business informatics or a comparable degree with a focus on finance/controlling
- (First) leadership experience

  • High analytical competence and goaloriented, solutionoriented approach
  • Good handling of MS Office programs (especially XLS & PPT) and possibly first experience with databases and reporting tools
  • Experience with SQL and Confluence desirable
  • A pronounced analytical and detailoriented way of working with a simultaneous view of the "big picture" behind the numbers
