starting immediately · full-time · at our Dresden location · permanent The DRK Emergency Call and Assistance Services in Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt is part of the Red Cross organization of the German Red Cross and serves approximately customers.

By doing so, you help others to maintain their independence. At our company, you will work in the constantly growing healthcare sector with a great team and flat hierarchies. We offer home and mobile emergency call services, nursing and dementia call systems, as well as telehealth projects. The organization of the emergency call service is divided into the locations of Dresden, Leipzig, and Bernburg. As part of a planned succession, we are looking for a new Managing Director (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Our requirements:
Completed degree in business administration, health management, industrial engineering, or a comparable field Several years of industry and management experience with P/L responsibility Participative leadership style Strong communication and teamwork skills Solid knowledge of working with computer applications
