Your job profile:

As an SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the administration of the SAP HCM application and user support.

You will be responsible for the technical execution of payroll for ElringKlinger AG.

You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and implementation of processes according to legal and site-specific requirements in Germany, in coordination with key users and process owners.

Your tasks will also include working on system upgrades, such as testing, training, and documentation.
In addition, you will create programs in ABAP 4/ABAP OO.

What sets you apart:
You have successfully completed your studies in information technology, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
Professional experience in the field of SAP HCM is required.

Structured thinking, ability to learn, flexibility, and strong communication skills, especially when working with departments, are among your strengths.

Very good knowledge of German and English, as well as a willingness to occasionally travel for work, complete your profile.
