We are looking for you to join our company headquarters in Hannover as Department Manager (m/f/d) for Finance and Accounting, starting immediately.

As an empathetic and communicative individual, you will take on leadership responsibility for a department of approximately 47 employees, consisting of 3 teams.

In your role, you will develop our work and business processes and ensure effective and efficient financial management.

Your exciting tasks

  • As a finance allrounder, you will work together with your team leaders (m/f/d) and employees to drive the success of your department. You will bring in modern ideas and use your expertise to ensure smooth and customercentric processes.
  • Together with your department, you will be responsible for accounting, liquidity and financial management at KKH. This includes preparing quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • From your team, you will select the right points of contact for KKH executives and employees, as well as external interfaces such as regulatory authorities, tax advisors, auditors, and banks to answer important questions.
  • As an important crossfunctional area with IT, you and your team will be valuable sparring partners (m/f/d) in the transformation of our core IT
