My Responsibilities
- You lead your own team and develop it further
- You define and organize work processes in close coordination with the internal and sales management
- You are responsible for organizing personnel deployment and task distribution within your team
- You actively support customer and organizational projects, such as launches for new products in the premium sector
- You work in operational customer support and order processing, including monitoring and clarification of delivery dates in an international environment
My Qualifications
- You have several years of leadership experience in the sales department of a manufacturing company
- You have solid experience in sales and dealing with customers
- You have good written and spoken English skills
- You are characterized by entrepreneurial and solutionoriented thinking and acting
- You have the ability for self and time management, independent and conscientious work, as well as a structured and processoriented approach
