My Responsibilities

  • You lead your own team and develop it further
  • You define and organize work processes in close coordination with the internal and sales management
  • You are responsible for organizing personnel deployment and task distribution within your team
  • You actively support customer and organizational projects, such as launches for new products in the premium sector
  • You work in operational customer support and order processing, including monitoring and clarification of delivery dates in an international environment

My Qualifications

  • You have several years of leadership experience in the sales department of a manufacturing company
  • You have solid experience in sales and dealing with customers
  • You have good written and spoken English skills
  • You are characterized by entrepreneurial and solutionoriented thinking and acting
  • You have the ability for self and time management, independent and conscientious work, as well as a structured and processoriented approach
