Description
For our client, a privately owned medical network with laboratories and practices in Nilwood, IL, we are looking for you as an:
Field Sales Representative (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time
Your responsibilities:
- You will establish new strategic customer relationships in the Nilwood region and maintain existing ones
- You will generate new leads and continuously expand our market and brand presence in the respective region
- You have the ability to convert existing leads into customers
- As the first point of contact for new and existing customers, you will provide customer service and manage their needs in the CRM system with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction
- Through market and competition analysis, you are familiar with the regional conditions and can derive recommendations for action
- In close cooperation with the inside sales team, you will support project business and the introduction of new products/services
Your qualifications:
- You have a background in the healthcare industry (e.g. medical assistant) or have several years of experience in medical field sales
- Previous experience in sales of medical services and/or products, as well as in laboratory environments, is desirable
- You have a strong customer orientation and excellent acquisition skills, which complement your sales talent
- You are familiar with common MS Office applications and have some experience with CRM systems
- You have a high level of service orientation, good communication skills, and analytical abilities
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and have strong organizational skills
