San Luis Obispo, CA (On-site or Telehealth)

Role Overview:


Qualifications

  • CPI Trainer Certification granted by the
    Crisis Prevention Institute:
  • Knowledge of CPI's tools and methodology
  • Background Check
  • Applicants must be a
    U.S. Citizen or permanent U.S. resident located in California.

Strong education/presentation skills:


  • Collaborative/partnership skills
  • Knowledge of deescalation communication framework
  • Proactive verbal deescalation strategies
  • Safety intervention and disengagement skills
  • Interest in an active teamwork environment
