We are an up-and-coming company based in Stöttwang, specializing in turnkey construction and renovation of apartments and multi-family homes. Our team consists of motivated professionals who are known for their passion for high-quality work.

We are looking for an experienced construction manager for turnkey construction to join our team and play a key role in the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and coordinating construction projects for turnkey construction and renovation of apartments and multi-family homes

Supervising construction sites and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Leading and motivating the construction team, including subcontractors and suppliers

Serving as a point of contact for clients, architects, authorities, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification in the trades (master/technician)

Several years of professional experience in a leadership position in the construction industry, ideally in turnkey construction or renovation

Strong skills in project organization, team leadership, and communication

High level of responsibility, determination, and performance orientation
