Your tasks:

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to break into sales while also working in the IT field? Then our position as an inside sales representative could be perfect for you

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and support our outside sales team so they can focus on their main tasks.

You will take on important tasks such as following up on quotes to ensure no opportunities are missed.
You will create orders and quotes in close collaboration with the outside sales team.
Scheduling and coordinating customer appointments for our outside sales colleagues is also part of your job.
You will step in when our outside sales representatives are on vacation or absent to ensure our customers still receive the best service.
You will be responsible for maintaining our customer master data and contract documents.
You will assist with handling customer complaints and help to resolve the situation.
You will initiate and track the RMA process while keeping customers and the outside sales team updated.
Cold calling to generate qualified leads is also part of your responsibilities.
