What you will do:
As a crucial member of the patient marketing team, the Associate Director will redefine the Patient and Caregiver educational strategy for the gMG brand in the US market, reporting to the Senior Director of gMG U.S. Patient Marketing. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the execution of the U.S. tactical plan for ULTOMIRIS to patients and caregivers
  • Developing the disease education tactical plan for patient and caregiver education, in collaboration with OneSource patient services
  • Building and refining the branded digital ecosystem
  • Implementing branded and unbranded CRM strategy
  • Collaborating with various teams for goal achievement
  • Supporting the annual patient marketing plan and adapting to competitive market changes
  • Partnering with patient marketing and media agencies
  • Leading content repurposing strategies across platforms
  • Representing the brand in PRC process improvement initiatives
  • Creating organizational energy and excitement about the brand

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading tactical plan execution for ULTOMIRIS

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience in patient-centric digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently or within a team
  • 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Travel: 25% anticipated
  • Ability to work in an office environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7+ years professional pharmaceutical/biotech experience
  • Experience in Consumer Marketing & Media, Patient Services, Patient Advocacy
  • MBA qualification preferred
  • Experience in Oncology, Rare disease, or specialty care
