Your responsibilities

Covering the delivery of banking services
Sales of standardized and normed product bundles or products
Serviceoriented handling of noncash payment transactions for all customers
Serviceoriented handling of cash payment transactions for all customers, following the 4eyes principle
General signal recognition and forwarding to the responsible function in the market area
Systematic use of the available sales channels
Occasional information within the scope of sales campaigns
Increasing the selfservice rate
