The MainTea GmbH is a dynamic and rapidly growing start-up with over 20 employees, specializing in the development and multichannel distribution of innovative food products.

Our company culture is characterized by sustainability, creativity, and a vision for healthy, high-quality nutrition. After a significant fourfold increase in sales last year, we are aiming for another fourfold increase this year.


To meet the growing challenges, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Head of Finance and Controlling to lead our financial activities and contribute significantly to the further expansion and success of our company.


Responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of financial strategies to support the continuous growth of the company.
  • Effective controlling and management of financial resources, including budget planning, reporting, and liquidity management.
  • Analysis and preparation of financial data to support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Responsibility for annual financial statements and compliance with legal and tax requirements.
  • Optimization of internal financial processes and systems to increase efficiency.
  • Close collaboration with management and other departments to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Communication with tax advisors and auditors.
  • Leadership and development of the finance team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial position, ideally in a startup or rapidly growing company.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial processes.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written
