Commercial Employee (m/f/d)
Location: Hemer
"Discover what you're made of" For our client in Hemer, we are looking for a commercial employee (m/f/d). This is a long-term position.
The main responsibilities of this job:
- Shipping of machine orders and complete systems worldwide
- Shipping project management
- Preparation of delivery notes, packing lists, labels for packages, and markings
- Creation of outgoing and commissioning invoices as well as commission notes
- Preparation of necessary customs documents (ABD, ZU, EUR 1, ATR, T2L, Intrastat)
- Import of returns
- Preparation of necessary bank documents and letter of credit processing
- Processing of consignment to suppliers or companies within the group
- Representation in spare parts shipping
