Position Overview:
Headquartered in Westport, Connecticut; PetVet Care Centers is a nationwide veterinary network operating more than 465 general, specialty and emergency hospital with over 10,500 employees.
Tasks include:
- Kitchen Inventory Management
- Sort mail scan invoices and all of tax mail
- Handle all mail postage, making stamps or stamping envelopes for different teams
- Help tax team with certified mail bring to post office as needed
- Handle all inbound packages and make sure they get to the correct person this sometimes involves forwarding packages to hospitals that were incorrectly sent to Gorham
- AP Portal Tickets account creations in Amazon, Staples & FedEx and handle account issues as the arise
- ACH Confirmations
- Prepare and submit expense reports for Gino, Tony, Uri and David
- Order Staples and Amazon supplies and unpack when it arrives
- Every 6 months do a cleanup of Amazon and Staples accounts
- Schedule trainings for new Hospital Managers for the Shared Services team
- Schedule, order food and set up/clean up monthly birthday parties at Gorham, and quarterly birthday parties at Riverside
- Order food for meetings
- Plan office parties booking venues or for parties at the office, getting food and drinks
- Work on special projects
- Assist people as needed
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education, and/or experience.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures such as alphabetizing files and records.
- Good organizational skills
