Bachelor of Arts in Sports Economics (m/f/d) in 81369 Munich:
"Monday morning, 8 am, the first member arrives at the studio. We talk about our weekend and discuss how to make the next Friday evening better to build 5kg of muscle mass faster. Before the training, we drink a large glass of lemon water and then it's time for 20 minutes of full throttle. Exercises are explained and optimized. Of course, they are also intensified to get the most out of the training. The music gets louder, we sweat, and I motivate my member to give it their all. Finally, we're done, a high five, two radiant faces, and a great start to the week"
