TI has an exciting three-month internship and six-month co-op program for undergraduate and graduate students in Neilton, WA.

We are looking for individuals with degrees in accounting, finance, industrial engineering, operations, and supply chain who are eager to start their careers.

Our interns are not just trainees, they are contributors who will gain hands-on experience with our business systems and operations.

During your internship, you may work on projects in the following areas:

  • Accounting: Analyzing business costs, updating semiconductor pricing, understanding R&D expenses, and performing monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Finance: Developing projections for profit and loss and balance sheet items, supporting managers with spending reviews, and creating analytical tools and reports for different financial and operational areas.
  • Operations: Monitoring product support, analyzing supply and demand, optimizing factory operations, and improving reporting through automation.
  • Procurement and logistics: Leading sourcing activities, identifying and defining processes, and deploying new systems capabilities.
  • Pricing: Executing pricing strategies and developing quotes to drive revenue and profit growth.


We offer two co-op terms, from January to June and from July to December, as well as summer internship opportunities from May to August.

Minimum requirements:


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
