Job Title: Brand Manager – Consumer Goods

Company Overview:

Our client, a global consumer goods group, is currently experiencing significant growth. We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our team in Munich and oversee all marketing and branding activities for a product portfolio that has seen a 25% increase in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain marketing and communication strategies for assigned product portfolio
  • Utilize modern and digital marketing and branding strategies
  • Create communication materials
  • Collaborate with customers and resellers to gather insights and understand their needs
  • Conduct market research projects to assess market and customer dynamics
  • Lead the launch of new products, including planning and execution
  • Analyze data, monitor industry changes, and conduct competitor analysis
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, branding, or product management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders
