Redington Shores Technical Trainer (m/w/d)

We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer (m/w/d) to join our successful training team at our headquarters in Schwarzenbek. This is a permanent position.

Your responsibilities:

As a Trainer (m/w/d), you will play a key role in our company by imparting practical knowledge and skills for operating, maintaining, and servicing our equipment.

You will also delve into the theory of OSD manufacturing and powder processing. You will train both international customers (m/w/d) on-site and colleagues (m/w/d) at our Internal Training Centers (ITC).

Our common goal is to inspire participants and ignite their passion for working with our products through your training.

Your tasks will include:

Conducting training for international customers (m/w/d) and colleagues (m/w/d) onsite and at the training center on exciting topics related to OSD manufacturing, such as tablet process optimization or machine repair
Designing and creating new training content using innovative technologies
Providing technical advice to customers (m/w/d) to improve processes related to powder processing and tablet manufacturing
Utilizing your technical expertise to contribute to the development of our technologies across departments
Representing our company at trade shows and conferences with your technical knowledge
