YOUR MISSION
- Actively source, screen, and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the lower mid-market buyout fund sector.
- Lead the investment process and conduct due diligence for private equity fund investments.
- Support fundraising efforts and cultivate client relationships.
- Monitor and provide updates on the global private equity portfolio, and contribute to investor reports.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the investment team.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong academic background with a university degree or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in primary private equity fund investments and/or direct private equity.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proven project management experience and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and German.
- Proactive team player with a passion for private equity and a commitment to continuous improvement.
