We are looking for a dedicated employee to support and further expand our company, Immobilien- GmbH Roth: Real estate agent/property manager (m/f/d)
Immobilien- GmbH Roth is a subsidiary of the Roth entrepreneurial family. We offer traditional real estate services such as valuation and brokerage of properties from our own portfolio as well as third-party properties.

Your responsibilities

Acquisition and support of property owners
Brokerage of existing properties
Creation of exposés for end customers and for marketing on portals
Preparation of property and project evaluations

Our requirements

Professional experience in the field of real estate brokerage or sales motivation
Good knowledge of the market and the local area of Berlin/Brandenburg
Acquisition and negotiation skills
Good general PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, various browsers)
Native-level German language skills in speaking and writing
